I have been talking to your support team for last two weeks about the server is slow. They are not able to fix the issue. It looks like that your team is not able to increase the processing speed and I also requested them to uninstall MS SQL server. This may be one of the major resource hogging.
In support, people are keep you on hold for ages and you need to call them again.
